– Bodega Association will distribute masks to Bodega in New York City –

New York City, NY; May 12, 2020 – Bodegas will have access to forty thousand https://docs.google.com/document/d/1q1y1CUCAKM7w6PCcD1wV2L-StzOOxYBO9tzNnej0M50/editprotective masks distributed by Bodega and Small Business Association of New York, one of the largest trade associations of small grocery stores in the city of New York.

“Bodega owners need to have better access to personal protective equipment that helps them offer essential service to all new yorkers.” says Francisco Marte, founder of Bodega and Small Business Association.

Mr. Marte adds, “We want to thanks the people that made this donation happens: New York City Counselors Ydanis Rodriguez, Rubén Díaz and Mark Gjonaj, and Neil Padukone, Director of the NYC Manufacturing and Industrial Innovation Council (MaiiC) at City of New York, and Jenny Osman, Director of FRESH at New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC).”

Bodega and Small Business Association has identified points of distribution though the City of New york with the help of My Bodega Online, an app that helps bodegas and small restaurants offer efficient food delivery.

Each bodega owner will receive 50 to 100 masks at any of these four points of distribution throughout the City:
